We are pleased to announce that we are accepting poster proposals for consideration to the 13th annual Rice Oil & Gas High Performance Computing Conference. The Poster Session, to be held on Tuesday, March 3rd  at 4-6 p.m., is a unique networking opportunity for students. We have averaged about 500 attendees for the past five years spanning energy industry, IT industry, academia, and national laboratories. The poster session is open to graduate students and postdocs from all universities.

If you are interested in presenting a poster, please submit a title, a short poster description, and a list of people involved with your poster by clicking here.

While relevance to industry is a consideration, it should be interpreted very broadly. Keep in mind that the energy industry, IT industry, academia, and national laboratories participate in this workshop.

Deadline: Your poster title and abstract must be submitted for consideration no later than Saturday, February 22nd end of day (CDT). Please note, posters submitted after February 10th will not be listed in the printed program (they will be listed in the online program only).

Poster should be no larger than 48-inches by 48-inches (this is an absolute requirement). In case you need it, great PowerPoint poster templates can be found here.
